Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains what data FreelancePay collects and how it is used.

1. What we collect

FreelancePay is a set of free tax calculators. We do not require registration and we do not store the numbers you enter. Calculations run in real time and are not saved.

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, country, device type) to understand which calculators are useful. This data cannot identify you.

2. Cookies and advertising

We may show advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) and affiliate links. These services may set cookies to measure ad performance. Where required by law (GDPR / ePrivacy), we ask for your consent before loading non-essential cookies.

Affiliate links (Wise, FreshBooks, Qonto, SoFi) may set cookies so the partner can credit a referral. We never receive personal data about you from these partners.

3. Advertising cookies, Google and other third parties

Where advertising is shown, third-party vendors, including Google (AdSense), may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

If you decline non-essential cookies, Google will only serve non-personalized ads, which we set via Consent Mode v2 (ad_storage denied).

4. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible-style, self-hosted) that do not require consent and do not track you across sites.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we store no personal data, there is usually nothing to delete. Contact us at admin@satahost.net with any question.
